• Comics Creed reserves the right to modify or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all purchases that occur under your account or password.

• Comics Creed may use information it obtains relating to you, including your IP address, name, mailing address, email address and use of the website, for its internal business and marketing purposes.

Returns and Refunds:

• We are unable to accept returns on comic books, back issues, and books. 

​

• If you feel that you have received a damaged or mis-shipped item, please contact us at Info@comicscreed.com and we will look into the matter. Do note that claims need to be made within seven days of receipt from the date that the item had been shipped.

Book Condition Policies:

​

• Conditions of Current Modern books (e.g. FOC orders etc.) will be of good condition. ​

​

• Conditions of Earlier Modern / Gold / Silver / Bronze Age books will be subjected to a condition not in our control, (e.g. tears/ spine ticks etc.). Please kindly contact us @ Info@comicscreed.com if you would like to know details about the book before purchase.
