• We accept payment via Paypal, VISA or Mastercard. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

• No returns or exchanges are allowed for orders that have been placed. Please check your items carefully before placing an order.

 

My item was damaged, what should I do?

 

• If you feel that you have received a damaged or mis-shipped item, please contact us at Info@comicscreed.com and we will look into the matter. Do note that claims need to be made within seven days of receipt from the date that the item had been shipped. (Printer burns / loss of ink /slight dings are NOT considered damaged. Books that are deemed 9.0 grade or better by Comics Creed will NOT be considered as damaged.)

 

Do you provide international shipping? 

 

• Yes we do provide both local and international shipping! Postage charges are shown at the checkout stage, before any payment is taken.

What mailing option is recommended?

​

• Registered trackable mail or courier delivery is always recommended. However, if normal mail (Standard Shipping) is chosen, please note that we are unable to provide a tracking number and will not be held liable for any missing parcels. 

 

How much is local shipping?

 

• Shipping rates are based on weight and the number of books purchased. We try our best to provide the best rates. We also provide free shipping for orders above S$100. 

 

Can I opt for self-collection instead of postage? 

 

• Yes, you may. Those residing in Singapore may contact us at Info@comicscreed.com to discuss meetup options. The date & time for self-collection will be available upon checkout. Please note that you can only place orders for instock books for self-collection within 1 month. (We will not hold books longer than 1 month)

 

What happens if I select the self-collection option for FOC/Pre-order Items?

• Once the items have arrived, we will contact you via WhatsApp or Email to arrange for your collection.

 

What are 'FOC' Orders? 

​

• The date stated is the Final Order Cutoff (FOC) date which means the date we submit our final orders before the publishers set their print runs.

​

When will FOC items arrive?

​

• They will arrive after the books have been printed. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you notified.

​

When will my order be shipped if I order a mix of instocks and FOC / Pre-order items?

​

• Your orders will be shipped out once all your items are instock.
